Nyali MP Mohamed Ali is accused of sinking Mombasa youth businessman by conning him, his Radio frequency.
Ali allegedly approached Morris Mbetsa so that he could run his Radio Station and they started negotiating a contract.
Equality is not in regarding different things similarly, equality is in regarding different things differently.
Nyali MP wanted to run with the Businessman Morris Mbetsa in 2020. However, Morris declined. After all, he wanted to do it alone because he was the one who came up with the idea.

The businessman wanted to run his Radio Station Frequency 88.2. However, as they negotiated the contract, the MP Moved to Communication Authority of Kenya and illegally revoked the Radio frequency.
Morris with his team wants EACC and other justice bodies to speed up the investigation process and determine the rightful owner of the radio frequency.
The move has rendered his group jobless.
The MP later went round and negotiated for the same frequency. It doesn't add up how he was assigned the same frequency
Morris Mbetsa made history in 2018 when he took a giant leap to the sky with a drone huge enough to fly passengers.
