ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi says he knew about self swearing-in and the handshake even before the repeat polls in October 2017.

ANC chief Musalia Mudavadi added that ODM leader Raila Odinga after the August election ran to President Uhuru Kenyatta and create a deal.

He continued to blame Raila saying that President Uhuru knew everything that was to happen after the repeat polls as he was getting updates from the Orange leader.

" It Raila who went to President Uhuru after the August polls. Even the President knew he was going for a treasonous ceremony. The ODM leader struck a deal with the President to lock us and making us look like fools, " Mudavadi says on a call conversation.

" The Police locked up our homes. We were unable to go. However, President Uhuru knew the outcome of the fracas to salvage Raila, " he added.

However, yesterday, wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka narrated that he could not participate in an illegal activity despite him being a senior council.

" How can I participate in an illegal activity and I'm a senior council?" he said in Church.

Before yesterday revelation, Kalonzo had earlier blamed the Police for locking him up in the house before the Raila Presidential swearing ceremony at Uhuru Park.
