12 years girl continuously defiled for 3 years by his father, the dad blame his wife absence

 

Police officers are hunting down a middle-aged man from Matsakha Village in Malava, Kakamega County for regularly defiling his 12-year-old daughter.


Village elder Rose Musa said the girl acknowledged that her father had been defiling her since she was eight years old.


The suspect, who had been caught by the local leadership before escaped, said he performed the act because his wife had deserted him, and, therefore, had “nowhere else to get his body satisfaction”.


Area assistant chief John Chebsanyi said officials would do everything attainable to ensure the suspect is arrested and charged with performing incest with a minor, a crime that could attract a life sentence.
