Kenyans praise Senator SC James Orengo and MP Otiende Omolo for their move to question the BBI process despite voting yes because ODM leader Raila Odinga cannot be faulted.
MP Otiende Omolo was kicked out of Justice and Legal committee because of faulting the process saying some aspects were unconstitutional and required a change.
"Some monster dubbed party position, caused Orengo SC, Otiende Amollo & Omugeni to vote yes even though they had raised serious concerns on BBI, " Soy MP Caleb Kositany said.
"I said it before that the BBI Steering Committee was unconstitutional and that it was a decoy for embezzling public funds. I also stated that President Uhuru Kenyatta does not have the powers neither mandate to appoint a committee to review the constitution, " former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama.
"BBI NIGHT OF SHOCK is that Many Kenyans can't sleep because 5 judges have taken away their happiness, 80% of Kenyans are very sad because some people are trying to deny them their joy, You have paused it ,yes,BUT BBI IS UNSTOPPABLE, " MP Junet Mohamed said.
