Portugal VS France KTN Euro 2020 prediction, news and lineups

Portugal's loss by Germany on Saturday could lead them to the hole as they are going to this rematch of the UEFA EURO 2016 final.

Portugals' fate is still in their own hands, however, and they will again look to EURO 2020 top scorer and serial record-breaker Cristiano Ronaldo to salvage them, with a draw enough to make the knockouts.

France's draw with Hungary kept them top of the group on four points and results on Monday mean Les Bleus are through, though they will want to restore momentum.

Didier Deschamps, France coach says, "There's no extra urge with the possibility of knocking out Portugal. Our ambition is to get the best result possible that will have an impact on the standings and, incidentally, on our opponents. We're guaranteed to be in the round of 16 and that gives us a certain calmness that is not in competition with our ambition."

Antoine Griezmann, France striker says, "The match is like a final, but I think we have to treat it like the two matches we've already played. We know we have to get a result to progress; a win would be best.

" We know it's going to be a tough game, but I think we're ready. We'll have to equip well and see tactically how we can make it as challenging as possible for them. The stadium will be full again and I'm happy to be able to play with that atmosphere."
