Speaker of the Senate Kenneth Lusaka goes back to social media after being accused of deadbeat dad.
High Court judge Justice James Makau on Monday morning authorized a lawsuit in which a pregnant woman prosecuted Speaker Lusaka for failing to take responsibilities.
The woman alleges she has been in a cozy relationship with the Senate boss since 2018. The woman claim to be carrying his three-month pregnancy.
Through her lawyer Danstan Omari, the lady implicates the Speaker of refusing to take commitment, alleging he has been instructing her to abort the pregnancy.
She wants the court to coerce Lusaka to acknowledge and accept commitment for their contended unborn child, saying she was ready for prenatal paternity test to substantiate it is his.
Lawyer Omari also says her client want to be given the impressive standard of prenatal care alleging the Speaker has disregarded and ignored to take care of her pre- natal clinics crucial to assure the wellbeing of the unborn child.
She is requesting Kshs 200, 000. 00 as monthly upkeep for the unborn child or sh 25M lump sum.

However, after facing enormous objections on social media the Speaker has declined to be part of the ongoing matter but not to keep off social media.
