Italy will be without Leonardo Spinazzola on Tuesday after the full-back, who has been one of the standout players at Euro 2020, broke his Achilles tendon against Belgium.
Spain has no injury concerns, although Enrique may opt to cleanse up his starting XI after each of Spain’s last two games went to extra-time.
