Naivasha woman found dead in her house, Police found over 20 used condoms

Naivasha Police officers are examining an occurrence in which a 30-year-old woman was found dead in her house just after hosting her lover.

The body of the woman was found lying in her house in Kabati estate with more than 20 used condoms in the room.

It’s suspected that the lover who has since gone missing is linked to the death of the mother of three as police traced his whereabouts.

According to a neighbour Jessica Njeri, the dead had been sighted in one of the bars in the area on Sunday night before returning to the house with the man.

She said that it was not clear what transpired but the bare and lifeless body was found out on Monday morning by the neighbours.

 

“The door had been shut from the outside and on checking we found her dead before calling the police who have since collected the body,” he said.

Naivasha OCPD Samuel Waweru confirmed the events adding that the bodies had been obtained and taken to the local morgue.

The OCPD said that they are pursuing the man as they had already collected fingerprints in the believed suicide case.

 

“We have opened inquest files in the case and we have launched a manhunt for the suspect in the case where a woman was found dead in Naivasha town,” he said.
