A Police instructor at National Police College B Campus in Embakasi was found dead at a quarry in Utawala, Nairobi.
The Police instructor Mr Joseph Maghanga was found dead later, detectives conducted forensic analysis at the scene.
From the analysis, the deceased was found deeply injured on the face.
“The crime scene was visited by STAPOL and DCI personnel from Ruai and it was established that the body had a deep cut on the forehead. At the scene, two techno phones were recovered, one had a cracked screen. While the other had several missed calls,” OB report reads in part.
According to a police OB report, the murder report was done by Wilberforce Ambenyi, a Utawala resident.
Ambenyi said he saw a body of a male adult lying at a quarry near Eastern bypass opposite Tripple O.
The police station is 6 kilometres from the quarry.
The body of the instructor was taken to Kenyatta University Morgue awaiting autopsy.
