ODM leader Raila Odinga says his team not planning to take the BBI case to Supreme Court if they lose at the appeals court adding, that they will focus on winning the 2022 presidential bid.

The long-awaited judgment of the seven-judge tribunal led by the Court of Appeal President Daniel Musinga now booed to be a make-or-break moment for the 'Handshake' between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga.



The second-highest court will clear or block the road to a referendum to, among others, expand the executive and create the office of an ombudsman to oversee the Judiciary, the third arm of government.
