Musician Esther Akoth, well known as Akothee on Saturday, December 11, welcomed a new member into the family.
Akothee who had no baby bump for the last few months disclosed that she had given birth to the child via a surrogate.
She did not disclose the identity of the woman who delivered her baby.
The mother of five also disclosed that the new baby is a girl called Elizabeth.
The family expanded to six children – four girls and two boys.
“My bundle of joy is here. Thank you to the woman who carried my baby. May you be blessed Baby Elizabeth,” Akothee said.
Akothee did not uncover who the father of the daughter was.
People kept on guessing. In the past, she indicated that she was willing to give her new lover and former manager Nelly Oaks a child.
Akothee confided to her fans that she was in love with Nelly Oaks and was intending to have a child together.
