Hillary Chebon Kibokong charged for sodomizing 14 years old boy entire night at Kabarnet court

 

A middle-aged guy from Baringo North has been accused of sodomizing a 14-year-old kid in a Kabarnet court.

Hillary Chebon Kibokong was charged with defilement and appeared before chief magistrate Vienna Amboko on Monday.

According to the charging document, the youngster was purposely sodomized on March 14, 2022, at around 7 p.m. in the Kaptere district of Baringo North Sub County.

Kibokong is also accused of engaging in indecent conduct with a kid in violation of section 11(1) of the Indecency Act No.3 of 2006.

As the accusations were presented to him, the suspect who was present in court denied them.

He begged, "Your Honor, I did not commit the offences stated to me and I am innocent."

The accused spent the entire night with the kid, according to the court, until the next day, when a member of the community discovered the two red-handed and informed the public to help catch the suspect before he left.

He was eventually turned up to police at Kabartonjo station before being taken to court.
 

The prosecution's lawyer, Joseck Abwajo, informed the court that they had four witnesses to confirm that the accused did indeed perform the horrible act against the little kid.


In her judgement, the chief magistrate ordered the accused to be freed on Sh 200,000 bail with a matching amount of surety.
