In honour of the late ex-president, other artists, notably rapper Khaligraph Jones, were obliged to put their projects on hold.

The rapper said on his Instagram page that the record was supposed to be launched this week but had to be postponed. On Wednesday, May 4, the music video will be unveiled.

Mwai Kibaki's body is on display in Parliament for the second day of a three-day public viewing period before the State's burial on Friday, April 29 and entombment in his home in Othaya, Nyeri county, on Saturday, April 30.
