On Saturday afternoon, Wolves will host Southampton at Molineux. The west midlands club is still looking for its first Premier League victory of the new campaign, while Southampton has won two of their last three matches in the English top division.
Wolves' first five games of the new season have resulted in three draws and two losses, earning them points against Fulham, Newcastle United, and Bournemouth.
However, defeats to away teams Leeds United and Tottenham have set the west midlands club back, and the hosts are currently third from the bottom, in the early relegation positions.
Sadly for Wolves, the hosts have continued where they left off at the conclusion of last season's campaign, failing to win any of their final seven games, and this new season has seen little improvement in fortunes.
In fact, Wolves have now lost each of their last 12 games overall and each of their last five home games.
Given that under 2.5 goals have been scored in three of Wolves' last five home games, there may not be many goals scored tonight either.
Chiquinho, a forward, is missing with an injury, but Kalajdzic, a new acquisition from Stuttgart, might make his debut.
Southampton's season has recently taken a turn for the better as the south coast club has won two of their last three games overall.
The wins over Leicester City and Chelsea came with a narrow 1-0 loss to Manchester United at home in between.
But it's still an improvement from Southampton's opening-day 4-1 loss at Tottenham and subsequent 2-2 draw with Leeds United at home, and the visitors will travel up to the west midlands in a much more upbeat mood.
Although the season is still young, Southampton is aware that they cannot afford to let up now because they do not want to find themselves fighting for survival in the bottom echelons of the competition.
But given that Saints have won only two of their previous 11 games overall, it may be easier said than done.
Ralph Hasenhuttl will be emphasizing to his players the significance of at least avoiding defeat in this match after they had dropped seven of their past eleven games, particularly given Southampton's recent road record of just one win in nine games.
Injuries will prevent midfielder Lavia and defense Livramento from playing.
