Peter Nyakundi, 60, murdered at night after being busted with a married woman, 25 -Nyamira

 

A man in his 60s was killed brutally in Gachuba, Nyamira County, after he was caught with a 25-year-old woman by her husband.

The police say that Robert Omwoyo found Peter Nyakundi, who was 60 years old, in his home with his wife Sarah and then stabbed him to death.

After the 2:30 AM encounter, Sarah is reported to have fled right away, while Omwoyo turned himself in to Keroka Police Station.

"The deceased was a native of Bonyunyu's Riabagaka village. When the corpse was delivered to the Gucha morgue by officers from Gachuba and Keroka, the police began an investigation into the case, "according to a police report released.
