David Wakikona, a well-known Ugandan politician who represents the Bukigai District in parliament, has not been seen since he went to the Central Business District of Nairobi, Kenya.

Uganda's Monitor says that the lawmaker got in a taxi in the Kilimani neighborhood with plans to go to Tom Mboya Street in the Nairobi Central Business District.

According to a report that was submitted at the Kilimani Police Station and was cited by Monitor, the text of the report goes as follows,  "Mr Wakikona had checked in at Samura Court along Argwings Kodhek road on October 3, 2022, together with his colleagues, and his whereabouts remain unknown."

It was rumoured that Wakikona was with Abdi Kisos, John Ngoya, Paul Busiro, and Opio Emmanuel before getting into the taxi. All of these men are colleagues of Wakikona's.

Kilimani Police Station was contacted by two of his former coworkers over his whereabouts.
