Esther Akoth, better known by her stage name Akothee, is a businesswoman and artist who has stirred up controversy in the past. She recently disclosed that she intends to stop using social media.
The moment Akothee fell in love with her mzungu partner, whom she jokingly refers to as Omosh, she saw that her life had taken a dramatic turn and now feels her boyfriend than online drama.
She now has the attitude of a housewife and no longer wants to take part in internet games.
Akothee continued by explaining that the projects she and her partner are working on together need a significant amount of focus, and that it is for this reason that she is considering giving up social media.
"Ever since Omosh entered my life, I've felt like a housewife. I've become quite sedentary, and all I can think about is taking a nap in the afternoon. Because we have a lot of important plans that need focus, I will shortly shut down all of these sites and log off of social media. "Gone to bed; see you later," she added in her text message.
