Kenya Power has said in a statement what caused the power outage that affected the whole country.
In a statement from November 2, KPLC said that it was having a technical problem and was trying to fix it.
After Kenyans voiced their concerns about the unanticipated blackout, KPLC responded.
"Our teams are aware that there is a technical issue in the area. We deeply regret any inconvenience we may have caused.
KPLC responded to various inquiries with, "Please be patient as we work to have the issue resolved as soon as possible."
