manager Luis Enrique

Graham Potter's replacement at Chelsea, according to rumors, will be former Spain and Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, Oliver Glasner or Hans-Dieter Flick.

Potter just joined Stamford Bridge in September after Thomas Tuchel was fired, but the 47-year-old's prospects are becoming less assured.

In his first nine matches in charge of Chelsea, the former manager of Brighton & Hove Albion was undefeated. However, Chelsea have subsequently won only two of their past 11 games across all competitions.

Even though Potter got a lot of financial help in the winter transfer market, Chelsea's rough patch has put them in ninth place in the Premier League, 10 points behind the spots for the Champions League.

Potter will have focused his efforts on the eight newcomers as he attempts to solve Chelsea's problems.

He is happy to have Enzo Fernandez, Joao Felix, Noni Madueke, Mykhaylo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile, Malo Gusto, Andrey Santos, and David Datro Fofana join the club.

On October 29, 2022, Chelsea's head coach Graham Potter lost to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Even though Potter has a deal through 2027, the Blues board will have a difficult choice to make if the British are unable to help Chelsea out of their immediate post-season rut.

The people in charge at Stamford Bridge are said to respect Enrique, but Atletico Madrid has also mentioned the Spaniard as a possible next head coach.

At the end of this season, the Rojiblancos may say goodbye to their longtime coach Diego Simeone, and Enrique is reportedly ready to join a new club in Europe.

After Spain's terrible performance at the 2022 World Cup, when Morocco beat them on penalties in the round of 16, the 52-year-old quit as Spain's head coach.

Prior to being appointed as the manager of the national team, Enrique had held managerial positions with Roma, Celta Vigo, and Barcelona. Between 2014 and 2017, he had a notable era of achievement with Barcelona.

Enrique won the Champions League, La Liga, and Copa del Rey in his first entire season in charge of Barcelona, earning him the title of "Best Club Coach in the World."

The Spaniard stopped playing in 2017 after helping the Blaugrana win another La Liga title, two more Copa del Reys, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, and the Supercopa de Espaa.

Enrique had earlier left his position in 2019 purely for personal reasons before resuming. Of his 38 games in command of Spain, he won 20, drew 11, and lost seven.

Eintracht Frankfurt's Oliver Glasner is also said to be on the Blues' list of possible Potter replacements, and Jose Mourinho wants to return for a third time to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will be looking to snap a three-game Premier League losing and scoring streak when they travel to West Ham United on Saturday afternoon.
