When Millicent Omanga's outfit went wrong at Tiffany Kihika's, daughter of Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika, all-white birthday celebration last weekend, Kenyans on Twitter erupted in laughter.
Ms. Omanga and Samburu West Member of Parliament Naisula Lesuuda were seen posing with Tiffany in a party picture that was posted online.
At this point, the high slit on Ms. Omanga's dress opened even further to display her stomach.
While the slit might have been made to "sit" nicely while she shot, it stopped working and expanded up to her upper waistline, revealing her lower tummy and confusing many. The slit started at her knees.
