Single Kiasi actor Lenana Kariba and his wife Helen expect their first child after their Antigua wedding

 

The news that the Kenyan actor Lenana Kariba and his wife Helen are anticipating their first child together was shared with the public recently.

Kariba, who is famous for his parts in blockbuster Kenyan shows like "Selina" and "Single Kiasi," amongst others, posted photographs from their baby bump session on social media.

"After then, there must have been three of them... We cannot express how thrilled we are to welcome a new member into our family in 2023."

He remarked that "there is no one I would instead take this adventure with—my queen is my everything, and now our little me will be the centre of our universe."

Just a few weeks after he made the proposal, the couple tied the knot on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean in September 2021.

In a subsequent conversation, he said that the reason he selected the location for the wedding was that Helen expressed interest in having a beach ceremony.

They had originally intended to hold the wedding in Diani, but when the COVID-19 epidemic found them in the UK at a time when lockdowns had been implemented in a number of different regions of the globe, they determined that they might not postpone it any longer and went through with the ceremony anyway.

When asked about becoming parents, Lenana had earlier said that she and her partner would bring up their kid in the United Kingdom, where Helen resides.

Kenyans and celebrities flocked to the couple's reply box to offer their congratulations and present them with good wishes after they announced their engagement.
