A number of players for Leeds United are now sidelined with various injuries as they prepare for Saturday's Premier League match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

While both teams now have new managers somewhere at the top, the Whites will be seeking to complete a season double against the Blues.

Gracia has been the head coach of Leeds for two matches since his hiring on February 21. These games were against Southampton and Fulham.

His inaugural game in command resulted in a win against the Saints on a critical basement six-pointer; however, earlier in the week, his club was eliminated from the FA Cup by Fulham. His team's first game in charge resulted in a victory.

Stuart Dallas and Rodrigo are still healing from injuries they sustained last season, while several of the significant first-team players from the previous year are presently missing from the club for an extended period of time.

Dallas has not played for Leeds since April of last year, when he fractured his femur in a match against Manchester City.

The majority of people were aware of those two ailments, but it seems that many players will have to undergo a late fitness test to establish whether or not they will be available for the weekend.

In addition to Luis Sinisterra, who suffered a muscular injury during the match against Manchester United at Old Trafford a month ago, Pascal Struijk, Liam Cooper, and Max Wober are also in questionable condition for the match.

Gracia had an unusual reaction when questioned about the most recent information about injuries: "Don't be concerned; they are with the people who can help them get well as quickly as they can."

"It is difficult for me to discuss the status of big-name players since, truth be told, I do not know whether or not any of them will be able to return to action. But, the primary reason [for the absence of an update] is that I do not like to discuss players who are now out due to injury."

Sonny Perkins could very well be able to make his comeback after missing a month of action, but Adam Forshaw won't be playing because he's still recovering from a hip injury.
