Mwanaisha Chidzuga, who used to be a news anchor for K24 and KTN, has joined Radio 47 and will soon be back on the air.


On Tuesday, March 7, the station released a full program schedule. Chidzuga, who was one of the finalists for the job of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS), was one of a number of media stars who were shown.

The station said, "Malkia Chidzuga is here to provide you the greatest combination of enjoyment as you go through your work day."


She will host the Mchikicho program from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cape Media, which also owns TV47, is the owner of the radio station.


Its management team is made up of top media people from Radio Maisha and Milele FM, two of its main competitors. It will start broadcasting on Monday, March 13.


Apart from Chidzuga, there are also Dr. Ofweneke, Eva Mwalili, Emmanuel Mwahumbe, Mkamburi Chigogo, Billy Miya, Mbaruk Mwalimu, Manucho the Young Turk, Liz Mutuku, Eric Wambugu the O.G., Ali Hassan, and Lucky.


From 4 am to 6 am, Eva Mwalili, aka Mama Taifa, who was formerly of Milele FM, will broadcast Nuru 47.  The goal of the program is to motivate the viewers as they begin their days.


From six to ten in the morning, Emmanuel Mwashumbe and Mkamburi Chigogo will be hosting Breakfast 47.

This show is advertised as a lively, exciting, fast-paced morning show with all the best things: news, important conversations, games, and fun.


Manucho the Young Turk will headline the Baze 47 program from 1 to 3 p.m., a program covering entertainment, celebrities, trends, and the newest hot item. Both young people and those who are young at heart will enjoy this presentation.


Billy Miya and Mbaruk Mwalimu, who were formerly of Radio Maisha, will host Maskani from 3 to 7 p.m. on the other side. The station's evening drive program is this one.


The Chemba Show, hosted by comedian Sande Bush, also known as Dr. Ofweneke, will begin at 8 p.m. and finish at 11 p.m.


The station said this about the show: "A really funny doctor is trying to help us look at common problems in relationships from a man's point of view."


Weekend programs include Saturday Night Live, Radio 47 Jumapili, Kali za Kale, Bahari La Elimu, Sato Vibe, Mikiki ya Spoti, and Kikao cha Hoja.


Ali Hassan Kaluleni will be in charge of the Bahari la Elimu show on Saturday from 7 to 11 a.m.  The program aims to reach kids, educators, and organizations.


From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mkamburi Chigogo will host Sato Vibe for the second time. From 3 to 7 p.m., Ali Hassan and Lucky will present Mikiki ya Spoti.


Billy Miya will host Saturday Night Live from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. to wrap out the day.


Eva Mwalili will be the presenter of Radio 47 Jumapili on Sunday from 5 am to 10 am. The station will run an automated gospel program from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.


From 4 to 6 p.m., Eric Wambugu, the O.G., will host the Kali za Kale program and play the finest oldies for the audience.


Liz Mutuku, a TV47 anchor, will be the star of the Kikao cha Hoja show at 6 p.m.Politicians, government officials, and policymakers will all participate in the 60-minute political conversation program.
