K24 matches today at EPL Maskani

When England's Euro 2024 qualifying quest resumes against Ukraine in Poland on Saturday, they will be aiming to make it five victories in a row in Group C.

The Three Lions are six points ahead of Ukraine in second place in Group C after claiming four straight victories.

Gareth Southgate's team is still fully in charge of qualifying for the tournament next summer, despite Ukraine having a game in hand on them.

Interestingly, the Ukrainians' qualification run ended in a 2-0 defeat to England at Wembley in March.

Sergiy Rebrov's team, on the other hand, has won twice and drawn once since that time, including a few qualification successes.

After a 3-3 friendly tie with Germany, Ukraine overcame a 2-0 deficit to defeat North Macedonia 3-2 before winning their most recent match 1-0 over Malta.

As a consequence, Ukraine is three points ahead of North Macedonia in fourth place and Italy in third place, giving them a good opportunity to qualify for Euro 2024.

Declan Rice and Harry Kane scored goals for England in their 2-1 victory over Italy to start off their qualification campaign.

Following their victory over Ukraine, the Three Lions destroyed Malta 4-0 and North Macedonia 7-0. Kane and Bukayo Saka each scored three goals in those victories.

In their four qualifiers, Southgate's team has scored 15 goals (3.75 goals per game) while also giving up just one goal.

When you consider the whole picture, England has won seven games while only losing one of their last 10 contests across all tournaments.

Head-to-Head: In their nine prior encounters, Ukraine has only been able to defeat England once, and that triumph was in 2009.

In six of their nine games against the Ukrainians, the Three Lions have prevailed, scoring more than 1.5 goals in five of those victories.

Team news: The Ukrainian team includes several Premier League players, including Oleksandr Zinchenko of Arsenal, Mykhailo Mudryk of Chelsea, and Vitalii Mykolenko of Everton.

Eddie Nketiah and Levi Colwill may get their first senior international caps for England, which has lost Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jack Grealish to injuries.

K24 will air AFCON 2024 Qualifiers.  Watch live matches today.
