DCI boss George Kinoti goes for rogue judges beginning with the court of appeal

Justice Sankale ole Kantai of the Court of Appeal file over late Tob Cohen’s murder case, detectives say, the file has been forwarded to DPP Nordin Hajji.



Detectives also are investigating three more courts of appeal judges over misuse of office and colluding with either witnesses or the accused.  DCI boss George Kinoti on Sunday maintained that he has enough evidence to sustain a murder charge against Justice Sankale ole Kantai.




" We have to clean the Judiciary as well. I talked to the Judiciary President CJ David Maraga and gave us a green light, " Kinoti said.



" There are rogue judges that we need to deal with them. We cannot fight corruption if we have a corrupt justice system, " he added.


Fear looms at the court of appeal after DCI Boss George Kinoti vowed to stop the rogue judges who deny justice to the affected. Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i said there is a click of judicial officers who are being used to peddle cases in the courts.
