Already the school had students dressed in maroon uniforms, both top and bottom for the female students, with the boys in dark pants.

Talking to the congregation at the occasion, Bishop Ezekiel said it was a dream of his to give the Akorino community a studying environment that favoured them and would not ask them to get rid of the turbans.

The pastor also aimed that in future, an Akorino would materialize as the best student in KCSE.

Akorino singer Karangu Muraya shared a photo from the event as he applauded the man of God.
