Being among the most respected media personality in the film industry Godliver has offered her exceptional character in the series/Swahili telenovela Jua Kali.
She is a part of the New York-based humanitarian institution, Global Medical Relief Fund, and has enabled albino graduates to find jobs by talking to employers on their behalf, irrespective of the beliefs attributed to albinos in Tanzania.
She featured in Siri ya Mtungi drama series, homecoming, envelope among other films.
Before winning the 2021 best Tanzania actress awards, Godliver had been nominated in various categories since 2015.
In 2016, she was nominated for The African Film and Arts Festival (TAFF) awards in the Best Actress classification, for her position in the film, Aisha.
On a similar role and film, she was nominated for the Azam Bongo Movie Awards in the Best Actress category at the 2016 Zanzibar International Film Festival (ZIFF), which she won.
Winning during the Tanzania film festival 2021 as the best actress is another milestone.
The award comes after her excellent character and plays in the Jua Kali series/Swahili telenovela playing as Anna, daughter of Professor.
" I will not get tired from thanking everyone who voted and showing love and support to me. The secret in the film is being confident and believing in yourself," she said.
