London competitors Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea play again for the second leg of their EFL Cup semi-final on Wednesday.

The Blues delivered a hugely dominant display in the first leg, scoring 2-0 advantage as they head into the second leg, meaning Tottenham have to score and win the match.

In the Premier League table, the rivals are separated by ten points with Chelsea being in the second-place Chelsea. However, Spurs have three games in hand over the Blues.

Tottenham avoided shame from exit the FA Cup on Saturday with a 3-1 win over lower-league Morecambe.

Antonio Conte’s men trailed for much of the game before goals from Harry Wink, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane in the final 15 minutes.

Tottenham only lost one of their earlier nine games in all contests, picking up seven wins and three draws along the way.

Unfortunately, their only defeat came from Chelsea last week. Spurs had 36% possession at Stamford Bridge and only managed two shots on target.
