Chelsea VS Tottenham channels in Kenya

Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte back to Stamford Bridge. The manager will feature in the first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final with Chelsea on Wednesday night.

The Blues defeated Brentford 2-0 to reach the final four, while their Tottenham defeated West Ham 2-1 in the quarters.

A tough period both on and off the pitch for Chelsea appeared to reach boiling point during the visit of Liverpool, as Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah put the Reds two goals to the good amid the uncertainty encompassing Romelu Lukaku's statements from a current interview.

However, the Blues rebounded to rescue a 2-2 draw for the Premier League, as a Mateo Kovacic shock forewent an injury-time equaliser from Christian Pulisic, who had missed a gilt-edged opportunity to beat Caoimhin Kelleher earlier in the half.

Chelsea's performances have been good in the 2021-22 EFL Cup, though needing penalties to overcome Southampton and Aston Villa at home after 1-1 draws.

Four of Chelsea's last five games at Stamford Bridge ended in a draw. The Blues cannot foresee ending that stalemate run with comfort against their former manager and a confirmed winner.

The match will be live on GOTV, Startimes and DSTV.
