Meru Senator Mithika Linturi was caught on camera in another woman's hotel room, according to videos posted on social media.
Although DP William Ruto allied politician has categorically denied the charges, new recordings were posted online to reveal the exact moment the assault occurred.
In one of the recordings, the senator, who was wearing a blue towel and appeared bewildered, attempted to explain that the lady was drunk when he was asked where she was.
"I have no idea!" says the speaker. He admitted that she was inebriated.
Others in the room, dressed in white robes, questioned why he had entered another woman's room.
"How can you be so forgetful?" says the narrator. Do you go to bed early when you're at home?
"How could you possibly forget? Do you sleep in your children's rooms at home or on your own? Just be genuine?" One of the senator's guests was overheard asking him a question.

Even though his response was not audible in the video, he was seen attempting to defend himself.
Linturi and the other hotel guests were heard discussing the problem in another clip, though their voices were inaudible.
These films surfaced mere hours after the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) announced that the Meru senator would be investigated for destroying evidence in the case's images and videos.
