Evangelist Ezekiel Odero from the New Life Church in Kilifi

Evangelist Ezekiel Odero from the New Life Church has justified his decision to sell life water and other items to his followers after a mob of believers crowded the Kasarani stadium recently.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Nation, Odero said that his healing service has been successful since more than 5,000 people who have used it and believed in it have experienced healing.

According to Odero, he charges his followers 100 shillings for the handkerchiefs and "life" water, which are typically imprinted with the distinctive logos of his church to prevent fraud.

"I will be held accountable if individuals purchase and utilize those items from scammers and they fall short of their expectations."

He claimed that only prayers and faith separate him from other people prices and that it was this belief that drew a sizable throng to the Kasarani stadium.

"The bottle contains nothing unique. It is clean water. I ask God for it. Many individuals were healed by the clothing that Paul wore in the Bible.

"The prophets' shadows possessed healing abilities as well. God's strength is what heals us when we pray. Pastors are strengthened by God. God will always be God, and I am a human," stated pastor Ezekiel.

Despite the beliefs of many who believe he should distribute the products for free, he maintained his decision to sell them to believers.

He claimed to use that cash to purchase others, stamp them, purify them, and then sell them to believers.
