As a consequence of the club's capital gain violations, which were referred to as the "Plusvalenza Case," the FIGC prosecutor for Serie A has decided that Juventus will receive a -15 point deduction.

As a result of an investigative process into potential violations involving capital gains, an Italian court has deducted 15 points from Juventus' total.

As a result of the ruling handed down by the Federal Court of Appeal, the Turin giants will fall from third to 11th place in the Serie A table; however, it is anticipated that they will file an appeal against the sanction.

One of the people who have been sanctioned is Fabio Paratici, who is currently the director of football for Tottenham and has been given a suspension from the game that lasts for two and a half years.

On the other hand, Tottenham are making an urgent inquiry to determine whether or not Paratici's suspension applies outside of former chief of Juventus, Andrea Agnelli has been suspended from the sport for a period of two years as part of the punitive measures that have been handed out to a total of 11 current and former officials of the club.

In the wake of the scandal, which involved allegations that the club had dishonestly artificially boosted the value of players and misquoted damages, prosecutors initially suggested a nine-point deduction be levied against the entity.
