Roman Abramovich is personally driving the push to bring Romelu Lukaku back to Chelsea.

The move is fired by the Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel who want a proven striker ahead of the 2021/2022 season. 

On another team in the EPL, Arsenal is leading the race to sign Raheem Sterling, according to the Sun. 

Arsenal wants to sign the Manchester City striker to enhance their move back to the top four in the next season.
