A Ksh.10 Million robbery has led to the apprehension of the son of the lady whose video went viral after she gave Pastor Ezekiel Ksh. 2 million.
The suspect, Ronado Okello, is a cab driver in Nairobi. He allegedly stole the sum from a Chinese customer who abandoned it in his vehicle.
A Chinese national was robbed of more than Sh10 million by the son of a lady who gained fame earlier this month for bringing Sh2 million to the church of Pastor Ezekiel.
According to police records, a taxi driver in Nairobi named Ronado Okello stole money from a Chinese customer who left it in his vehicle.
The lady in the story confused Kenyans, who started to question the morality of pastors and their followers. They couldn’t fathom why someone would part with Ksh 2 million in the name of religion.
While some saw it as a genuine contribution, others saw it as a pastor’s scheme to steal from his congregation.
The son of a woman who went viral early this month for taking Sh 2M cash to Pastor Ezekiel’s church charged with stealing over Sh10M from a Chinese national.
