If you had told me four years ago that I would be sitting at important meetings for politics, I would have laughed. Back then, I was a young man known more for my strong dreams than any real power.
My name didn’t help me get opportunities. My family had no connections in politics. All I had was a deep wish to lead and care for the people.
I ran for a local seat once, and it was a big failure. I had no money, no friends in politics, and no plan. I was just another face on a campaign poster, ignored and laughed at.
After I lost, I felt broken. Friends I thought I had stopped answering my calls. Even my relatives told me to stop chasing “impossible dreams.”
