Living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: An Invisible Struggle

For almost two years, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome turned my days into something I barely recognized. I would wake up exhausted even after sleeping eight or nine hours. Simple things like making breakfast or answering emails left me wiped out. By early afternoon, it felt like someone flipped a switch and my energy just vanished.

I went to the doctor more times than I can count. Blood tests, scans, thyroid checks, everything. Every result came back normal. The doctors were kind. They talked about stress, maybe poor sleep habits, or needing better nutrition. I tried it all: eating cleaner, cutting caffeine, forcing more rest. Nothing shifted the heavy tiredness.
