Vincent Makori, 37, a businessman charged for assault after biting his friend's armpit for purportedly interfering with his cooking stones.

Vincent Makori was charged yesterday before Kibera senior principal magistrate Charles Mwaniki where he dismissed the charges.

He is implicated in attacking Kevin Kamau Nduati on February 25 at the Thiong'o road area in the Westlands sub-county, Nairobi.

According to the police report, the involved person found Nduati resting on his cooking stones, the stones he uses to earn a living before biting his armpits.
