Ex-Southampton manager and Liverpool legend Graeme Souness say he has been fascinated with Tino Livramento this season and anticipates the 18-year-old to evolve into a top Premier League player.

Graeme Souness is convinced that Southampton defender Tino Livramento will be a top player soon.

The teenage right-back(RB) was among Ralph Hasenhuttl's star players this weekend and was one of few Saints stars who deserved a win Sunday's defeat against Wolves.

His forward drives from defence and obvious one-on-one quality, when faced with some of the sport's most dangerous wingers, has seen him land plenty of plaudits so far this campaign.

And now former Saints boss Souness and Sky Sports colleague Ledley King heap praises to the 18-year-old who has now confirmed himself as Southampton's number one full-back.

"Regardless of his age, he looks a great talent, he looks like one for the future," said Ledley King.

"Southampton have a great reputation for developing players, moving them onto better things. He looks like he’ll be a player that will go on to have a great career," Souness added.

"He looks like a real player to me, covers the ground, he's quick, he gets away from people effortlessly.

"He’s very quick, drifts past people, and for his age, he has shown the maturity that shows he’ll be a top player," Souness concluded.

This weekend match on GOTV, Sanyuka TV and K24 TV will be Chelsea VS Southampton.
