Entrepreneur Ann Njeri Njoroge has described what transpired before and during her weekend absence.
Ann said that unidentified people took her to Karura Forest in Kiambu County on Tuesday when she was speaking outside of a Mombasa court.
After her family were requested to leave by police, the entrepreneur was reportedly confined in a home in the midst of a jungle, according to Cliff Ombeta, her attorney.
Her final companion and her family members were requested to vacate the property. Then, according to Ombeta, she was housed in a home smack dab in the center of Karura Forest.
Ann was threatened with death by the unidentified individuals, according to Ombeta, if she did not give up her claim to the Sh17 billion oil.
Fuel has been pilfered by the government. They placed it in their pipes even though it was not theirs, the lawyer claimed.

Additionally, Ombeta said that on Monday, Ann was left alone in Nyayo, Embakasi.
She was shackled and held captive in a single room. She could not help herself; she had to ask. She was intimidated for two days,” he claimed.
“There was truth to the threats to kill her.”
Ann informed the reporters that she pleaded for her life while traveling to the unidentified place.
She was also told—a falsehood, according to her—that she had sold her oil to another business.
“After learning, falsely, that I had sold my oil to another business, I went to the DCI to record a statement.
“I was taken to another location and locked up when I got there, and I was put into a car,” the woman claimed.
She also disclosed the fact that the cops insisted on her changing her testimony.
In contrast to prior claims made by the Kenya Ports Authority, she also assured reporters that the documentation proving ownership of the oil are authentic.
“Every document related to my business is legitimate; I have not falsified any of them.”
