Bishop Margaret Wanjiru of Jesus is Alive Ministries convert her church into a UDA party meeting joint.

During the gathering she assembled at her church in Nairobi, over 500 candidates seeking to join the DP William Ruto allied political outfit gathered at Wanjiru’s church.

“Today we had a very successful meeting with over 500 candidates drawn from all the 17 Constituencies,” Wanjiru said in a tweet on Saturday.

“We gave them UDA Party booklets to continue registering more people to join our Party,” the Bishop added. She also urged Kenyans to register.

“I humbly request for your support and votes so that together we can change Nairobi,” the bishop stated.

In January, UDA faced Bishop Wanjiru as its pick for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat.
