COTU boss Francis Atwoli’s breakup with his second wife Mrs Roselinda Atwoli now turns to be messy, noisy and ugly after she went to court demanding apartments they constructed together.

Mrs Roselinda recorded a complaint with police on Wednesday after she was reportedly kicked out together with her 13-year-old son from their apartment in Kileleshwa.

Later, they went to Milimani court to file a court case.

The couple bought the apartment in 2006.

In her police statement, Mrs Roselinda said she visited her son at the said apartment on Tuesday and turned chaotic with Mr Atwoli.

She was finally evicted forcefully together with her son at 7 pm.

“I allowed her to come and visit the kid but not spend the night. I have a first wife Jenifer Khainza Atwoli who does not behave like Roselinda. She respects our marriage,” Atwoli said.

Their marriage began to fall apart after Mrs Roselinda declared her interest in joining politics in the 2017 general election, much to the dismay of her husband.
