Donkey slaughter ban continues until the population doubles or doubles.

The Agriculture CS Peter Munya says the Donkey number has reduced significantly. 

” Donkey Slaughter Ban continues until the number of donkeys double, ” says CS Munya. 

 The State vows to maintain the ban until donkey numbers improve. The Agriculture CS dismisses claims of sabotage in the decision.
