Former TJRC commissioner Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Ahmed Sheikh Farah dies in Mombasa

Former KDF personnel retired Maj. Gen Ahmed Sheikh Farah dies in Mombasa. 

He was a commissioner of the  Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission(TJRC) that was constituted to heal the country from historical injustices.

He died after a short illness.

“I have learnt with profound sorrow the passing on of Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Ahmed Sheikh Farah in Mombasa. I extend my condolences to the family and friends of the former decorated military officer and a commissioner of TJRC, ” Garissa Governor Ali Korane sent condolences.
