What are the qualifications of a good leader? The most important one is being Charismatic.  Kennedy Nyale is one of the leaders in Kilifi county that has the zeal and aim of improving the people of Kilifi county.  Just from the random checks, he has done a lot in the background that others may envy.

He has been participating in the village with various activities including youth tournaments(Sports) and Education. He has sponsored several children from primary level to masters level without any help from donors.

Ken Nyale is the ‘smart and very creative type’ of a leader compared to the current Senator retired judge Stewart Madzayo. 

The Kilifi governor Amason Kingi yet to make it public about the relationship with the current senator Madzayo who has been silent and dead in Politics. The 2017 elections will make a massive change in Kilifi politics as the Old people will also be kicked out together with ODM deflectors and betrayals.

Kennedy Nyale (Mato) is the 6th born son of the late James Nyale Mato (a former teacher…Maandani, Jaribuni, Mnarani and Shauri Moyo Primary schools).

He went to Ziani primary school, where in1983, together with friends like Dzombo Mbaru and the late Kadii Mwamuye, made history by jumping from Standard 5 to Standard 7 so as to avoid the 8-4-4 system of education.

Nyale went to RIBE BOYS and KENYATTA (Mwatate) high schools for his KCSE and KACE respectively.

Nyale is a holder of HND Electrical Engineering – Electronics Option ( The Mombasa Polytechnic(Now Technical University. He is also a holder of BCom degree (management) and a continuing MBA (strategic management) student. He is also a holder of another HND in Sales Management and Marketing.

Nyale works for an International Electrical Power Protection Products company called Vector Internationa Ltd, a subsidiary of Emerson Network Power UK as the group’s Corporate Sales Manager.

He is happily married with 2 handsome boys and a cute daughter, all in their teens.
