Nyali MP Mohammed Ali declares for Mombasa top seat 2022 saying no single sitting MP in Mombasa can beat him at the ballot as it is now. He said when he was launching a Cabro road construction connecting Kisimani V.O.K through Freretown Primary School and the through road to Beersheba, Mwandoni.
He said that infrastructure is key in any developed community. He hinted that come 2022 he will go for the county gubernatorial position in Mombasa.
” I may be on the ballot come 2022 for the Mombasa top seat if all is well. I’m looking forward to changing the shape of the town if the people vote for me. That will be for next time, ” he said.
” We are doing 10 roads in Kongowea Ward, 9 roads in Frere town ward and 12 in Kadzandani, 6 roads in Ziwa la Ngombe ward and 3 roads Mkomani ward this year from the constituency kit and donors, “
” The county is also adding more roads through MCAs in Nyali. So we are targeting Over 50 Cabro roads in Nyali constituency by the end of the year, ” he stated.

” We are upgrading schools in all wards that will cost Ksh. 50 Million. After the completion of Mohammed Ali girls school in Mlaleo, I’m now looking forward for a fully-fledged boys secondary school in my constituency, ” he added.
” This year we have given Ksh. 15 Million worth bursaries and the County has boosted us with the Ksh. 50 Million worth bursaries. No one will be left out in my constituency in terms of education, ” he stated.
” We have constructed public toilets across the constituency. Over 15 Public toilets and 5 new Police stations. We are looking forward to having the safest constituency in Mombasa, ” he added.

In conjunction with Mombasa Cement, all public schools with the constituency are wall fenced. The legislature said, he is waiting for a go-ahead from his constituency board to kickoff community lighting(Mulika Mwizi) to add on top of what county has already installed.
” I have already consulted on Solar powered flood lights and within some months, the Community lighting project will be on in conjunction with the county, ” he concluded.
