MTV published the first lot of nominees for the 2021 MTV Africa Music Awards(MAMA Awards) last year showcasing Africa’s best top music acts.
This round, the award show will happen in Kampala, Uganda. The first group across ten categories featured Burna Boy, Busiswa, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Kabza De Small among others.
Today Kaligraph Jones alias Papa Jones just stated that he has been nominated under the category of Best Hip Hop.
“MTV MAMAs, let us Get it, Keep on Voting, We Bringing This one Home.. #WAVY #respecttheogs,” Khali announced.
