Lugari MP Ayub Savula arrested by police in Kakamega county for not wearing face-mask.
The lawmaker was later cleared and continued to Busia to attend a meeting that was also graced by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi.
According to Savula, the police arrested him while he was fuelling his car alongside 23 MCAs and their presence attracted a crowd that demanded to be addressed by him.
