North Kabuoch ward former MCA Rosemary Atieno Oluoch collapsed and died aged 44. She collapsed when mopping her house in Ndhiwa Sub-county.

Rosemary popularly known as Dwasi was elected as the MCA on an ODM party in 2013.

Dwasi was proclaimed dead upon arrival at Angiya dispensary where she was rushed to yesterday.

According to her husband Joel Ojuok, Dwasi was mopping her house when she suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness.

The former Homa Bay County Assembly legislator was rushed to Angiya dispensary by her relatives who were alerted by the house help.

He told the media that Dwasi had never complained of any sickness and has never been hospitalized.
