The greatest steak ever is made by marinating, which increases flavor.
Include lemon juice in your marinade to help soften the meat and prevent having a tough steak.
It also softens the meat’s tough fibers.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- Olive oil, half a cup
- Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon
- Garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon
- Choosing two teaspoons of seasoning
- Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
- 1 salty teaspoon
- 1 lb. of steak
- Freshly cut parsley and two teaspoons of butter
Preparation
Step 1:
Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning, pepper, salt, and a dash of pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2:
Put the steaks in a large mixing bowl or resealable zip-lock bag, and then cover them with the marinate.
Step 3:
Marinate overnight or for two hours.
Step 4:
Butter should be added to the pan before the steaks are placed there to cook. 3 minutes should be spent cooking each side until the outside is browned. Medium-high heat should be used.
Enjoy with rice, veggies, or roasted potatoes.
