I am deeply saddened by the passing on of my Environment Chief Officer the late Mr. Francis Kombe, I lost a personal friend and one of the most committed and selfless officer in my Government.
My condolences to his family, friends and the people of Mombasa. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace.
